Initially intended to rent my Mum's house and Clyde were very helpful in setting everything up. However just as it went on the market, sadly Mum passed. Within 10 days of marketing the property the house sold at closing and we were happy with the price achieved. The Clyde team guided us through both processes with professionalism and care.

I would not recommend anyone uses clyde estate agent to sell their property. I would not trust clyde to sell any property. The most rude, obnoxious, unhelpful, patronising staff. Because of the shocking service I received from clyde, I have decided to go with a reputable estate agent who have went above and beyond and who may I add were not surprised by the service I received from clyde. Hopefully this review will stop anyone else from being treated this way by clyde.

They wasted so much of our time and at the end they said because of the settled CCJ we had in the past and mentioned in the beginning, rejected our application! They use Canopy defence agency which is useless and the system stuck all the time and we lost so much time there too, go with other agencies as we did and rented a bigger house with the same condition currently we had.

The most invaluable customer experience for a Tenant. They don't respond to any if your queries timely and the repairs take time to get resolved. Most Importantly, they don't refund your deposit as they would find silly wear and tears as a majorly one and would ask for heavy price. Please stay away even though you are looking for Selling or buying house.
