GoogleAbsolutely outstanding service from Clyde Property. We sold our home with Clarkston branch and everything from start to finish was excellent. Callum Stewart came out to see the property very quickly and was polite and super helpful with all our questions. Marketing (especially photos and videos) was so amazing that we had over 40 viewings and 27 offers! Anne Forbes was superb at managing all of our viewings and offers and we couldn't be any more grateful. 10/10 would recommend.

GoogleI just wanted to share how amazing Sharon, my letting agent at Clyde Property, has been. When I had a major issue with my ceiling falling in, Sharon was there every step of the way by keeping me updated regularly and making sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. She really went above and beyond what was needed, not just in terms of sorting everything out so quickly, but also by being genuinely kind and supportive throughout the whole process. She really made the whole situation so much easier and I felt like I was in safe hands. She’s an absolute credit to Clyde Property - dedicated, caring, and incredibly good at her job. GoogleI'm delighted with the service and support I received from Angela and her team. She found us a new tenant within days of asking her for a new tenant and due to this the gap between the tenant leaving and new one arriving was only 48hrs. We have used Clyde for many years now and cannot fault them at all. They are so attentive, caring, hard working and offer great value for money.

GoogleAfter a very stressful few months clearing and cleaning a family member’s house, I handed over the marketing and sale of the house to Clyde Property Clarkston. Best decision I made! From the start, I was very impressed with the professionalism of Marie and her team. The initial photographs and video were of a really high standard and all the subsequent viewings were taken care of by the team. I was kept fully informed at every stage and given really good advice. The myClyde online portal is genius and keeps you updated on viewers , feedback etc from your negotiator My contact, Ann and her colleague Melanie in conjunction with Kay were professional and excellent throughout my recent experience highly recommend The Filmworxs contact along with Shepard’s surveyors were extremely friendly and professional too

GoogleHad no issue with the letting agent our entire time in our property and were very respectful and kept our property in great condition all throughout the tenancy and when we left the flat (which one of their employees specifically stated to us), only for Clyde Properties to try and get a cut of our deposit after we left, claiming a build up of dust (given we moved out 2 weeks before) costs nearly £400 in cleaning. A classless company out to do over their tenants for financial gain

GoogleWe had a very disappointing experience with Clyde Clarkston from the start until the very end. A number of things went wrong which contributed to a delay in getting our property online, including wrong photos on the website, someone else's address on the video of our house, and incorrect contract fees. This resulted in us having to appear in Clyde's office to ask when our property would go on the market. Once up for sale we felt that there was poor communication on the results of viewings. For example , we had to look at the portal rather than being updated by a member of staff. On another occasion, whilst waiting on a viewer that was late the portal showed they had cancelled but nobody had bothered to phone us. There appears to be an over reliance on Clyde to use the portal, another example being viewers emails being recorded on the open system, data I would not want shared. We asked for a "clear the air" meeting with the senior negotiator who personally oversaw our sale thereafter and communication definitely improved. She also offered a discount on our fee for the poor service we had received. At the end of this experience the discount did not appear on the invoice sent to our solicitor. By this time this was of no surprise. We just paid the bill and feel we can leave this review in good conscience as at no time did we ever feel Clyde brought their "A " game to the sale of our house and we would struggle to recommend using Clyde.

GoogleThe team at Clarkston have been amazing. The contact has been great meaning they have kept in touch, kept me informed about the market and what may be coming up. I felt like I wasn't going to miss out on anything that came to market. The service has been so good I decided to have the team at Bothwell to handle the sale of my house. As far as the recent offer I've made on a property in Clarkston it wouldn't have happened if the team (Pamela) hadn't been so on the ball. 👍

GoogleI have a simple repair that is needed (reported on Jan 12th) to keep the front door and 3 internal doors shut. Have had to chase it every step of the way. Rubbish excuses. Rubbish communication. Rubbish service. Zero compassion. Innefective. Would not reccomend. Would not have moved in if I had known about issues. They were either not in the inventory or they were and had not been spotted. Its to protect my toddler so it's really unpleasant worrying about it.

We found them to be thoroughly professional in all aspects of the sale from punctuality and communication to giving a very balanced on how to market the property. It was obviously quite a difficult time for the family but it was all handled with great sympathy and consideration.

GoogleA huge thank you to Yvonne and Clyde Property, Clarkston Branch for the support and help in finding a new tenant for one of our properties. Thanks to Yvonne's efforts we only had one week between the previous tenant leaving and the new guys arriving. This was down to very good planning and great communication, which is something that i have found with previous dealings with the Clarkston Branch as well. Clyde are so thorough and professional and leave nothing to chance.
