GoogleIf you are looking for an estate agent to turn away viewings, question financial integrity and not go "above and beyond" for the customer, look no further. Notable quotes from our most recent interaction included "not wanting to waste our time or yours" and "let's start again".. sadly whom I spoke to, the name escapes me. Unfortunately this is my second dealing with David Burr, originally spoke with Miles, no property information/follow up contact was made, and today just reinforced my opinion. I have not heard of a estate agent turning custom away as "9 viewings booked today and 9 viewings booked tomorrow, and we anticipate it selling within 24hrs" - Odd considering it's been on the market a week already.. Third times the charm..?NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleThanks to all at David Burr for the able guidance and assistance we received in selling our home in Stradishall. 2019 threw up its share of market uncertainties, and starting in July, we weren’t sure what to expect. David Burr provided expert guidance at every step, from pricing at fair value, to pairing us with a stellar solicitor, matching us to our eventual buyers in just five viewings, and contributing to the smooth conduct of contract negotiations. We did it in 6 months for start to finish, that's not half bad!
