GoogleRecently sold my flat in Brixton with Keating. Very professional estate agents. Fair and honest in their valuations and advice, they were proactive in getting viewers through the doors and they were mostly responsive on issues as we went through sales process (even though first sale fell through, it was quickly re-marketed with better offer secured quickly). Kayleigh was very helpful and kept things moving. Would recommend as honest and professional local estate agents.

GoogleI have dealt with Keating Estates on three transactions now and recently I have bought and sold as my partner and I wanted to buy a place together. Having originally bought my first property 8 years ago I went with Keating Estates once again because I wanted to deal with an agency who have an intimate knowledge of the area and who give us time and dedication with no fluff. This time throughout our transaction we dealt with Christiaan, Grace, Camilla and Tom, who helped us sell, find a new place based on our requirements and ultimately buy our new home. We couldn't ask for a more friendly and knowledgeable team who were always extremely communicative, and there to answer any questions we had. Buying a home can be an extremely overwhelming and also an emotional time but we always had professionalism along the way. Especially on completion day when everything all happens at once. A huge thank you to your incredible service, we love our new home and are very happy!

GoogleMy husband and I had the pleasure of working with Kayleigh and later Lewis to complete our first purchase of a home in London. During the process of finding a home we have had experiences with other agencies where the initial estate agent was great but then we were passed on to someone to complete the sales and they were push and rude - thank goodness they never went through. Even our mortgage broker commented how responsive Kayleigh was. When our offer was accepted though Keating and Kayleigh introduced us to Lewis I thought here was go again but that wasn't the case, Lewis was also very nice, not push and very helpful. Kayleigh (who could tell I was a bit nervous) still remained in the loop to make sure all went well! Thank you Kayleigh and Lewis!!

GoogleWe dealt with George Byrne on the lettings team. Whilst pleasant and friendly, he presented our offer incorrectly to the landlord and subsequently refused to take responsibility, insisting that the error was 'nobodys fault'. He claimed to have no recollection of our two viewings in which we mentioned the unfurnished nature of our offer, and did not acknowledge the offer paperwork he himself produced which specifically lists the removal of the only furniture listed at the property. He also suggested that we pay for the removal of rubbish left at the property by the landlord/previous tenant. Eventually he just stopped replying to emails. Hopefully our experience with the property management team is an improvement.

GoogleI have very recently used the services of Keating Esates and I could not have been happier. After dealing with many different businesses offering a similar service, I can confidently say that Keating Estates are by far the best that we came across. I was particularly impressed by George Byrne who made the entire process smooth, simple and easy to understand. I would highly recommend George for those using the services of Keating Esates as he is not only effective at his job but genuinely cares about the people he deals with.

GoogleWe've been blown away by the service to Tenants offered by Keating's. Both of our properties over the last 6 years have been let through them. Particular shout out to George Byrne the Lettings Negotiator. He found us the perfect property after we had to move very quickly, and had a REALLY specific brief. He was SUPER efficient, personable, and we signed off our offer and got the keys in under a week thanks to his persistence and excellent advice. He demonstrated thorough understanding of how that landlord preferred to work, and took time to understand our needs. In a world of super corporate, large network 'machine response' agencies, who normally just want to take money off tennants and run, Keating Estates always offer a friendly face and professional service.

GoogleWe had the pleasure of working with Tabby during our recent property search, she was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful & really put us at ease throughout the whole process. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she always took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly! Even though we ultimately chose a property in a different location, we honestly wish we could have kept Tabby as our agent!

Christiaan was patient, attentive and I could tell he really listened to what I was looking for based on the listings he put in front of me. I was really impressed with the scope of listings on offer and Christiaan's ability to help me work out what really mattered to me as part of the buying process. GoogleKayleigh was fabulous from start to finish for our first ever purchase. She was a standout estate agent during our search: incredibly personable and genuine, she listened to our requirements, didn't flood us with email and phone calls about properties we weren't interested in, but was always so quick to answer the phone when we saw something we liked. Once we had an offer accepted, Kayleigh and Lewis were really helpful throughout the whole process including fantastic communication between us and the seller - which we are particularly grateful for given stressful difficulties towards the end of the process which were neither the fault of us nor the seller. I fully recommend Keatings, Kayleigh and Lewis!

GoogleVery happy with the service that was provided by Keatings Estates on our purchase. Christiaan was very accommodating with regards to the viewing times we were able to make and only ever suggested properties that aligned with what we were looking for - something that other estate agents seem to lack. After our offer was accepted, Christiaan kept assisting us with any questions or snags we had all the way through to completion and phone calls and emails were responded to very promptly. Highly recommend.

Being registered with many agents in the area, I've met many of them and viewed many properties and he is the best by far. GoogleChristiaan and his team managed in 4 weeks what three other estates agents didn't manage in a year, selling our flat. They have been amazing from day one. The communication with them has been really great, always giving prompt feedbacks and keeping us up to date during the whole process. They also have a dedicate team following on after an offer has been accepted making the link with the buyer, the seller and the solicitors until completion date. I really think it's a massive plus to make sure the sale progress quickly. They were recommended to us by few people and I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy in the area.

GoogleI had the pleasure of finding my dream home with Keating estates. Camilla was an excellent estate agent - she was super professional and really understood what I wanted when I was looking for a flat to purchase. Camilla really went out of her way to make sure I considered every aspect and generally helped me in the mortgage / house purchase process by always going above and beyond. As a first time buyer I would definitely recommend.
