GoogleWas looking to sell my flat. Clifford, the owner, came in and promised a price well above anything else I was quoted.
Was then passed on to other agents, one of whom was confused as to which flat he was selling!
So best to avoid Aspire - they seem to think the classic tactic of over promising to win business and then trying to convince you to sell at below the market price is a good business model.
