GoogleStoneridge recently sold my property. I was kept informed at every step by Sally who worked tirelessly to keep things on track and to keep me updated. The team are amazing! They work well together, very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleFirst class from start to finish, we can recommend Stoneridge very highly.

GoogleWe saw a property we wished to purchase on the Stoneridge web site. After a couple of viewings we decided to buy. We had a comparatively short chain, but due to problems at our buyers end, information was lacking. All the staff at Stoneridge were excellent, but one in particular stood out: Sally. She chased estate agents and solicitors on both sides to keep us informed as to the progress of the sale thus relieving us of a great deal of stress. We would recommend them to anyone, indeed if we decide to sell we will go back to Stoneridge.

GoogleHayley and her team are as good as you’ll find in my opinion. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending others to use HNC.

GoogleExcellent service from Sally and Steve at Stoneridge Estates in Clacton on sea on successfully negotiating the sale of our late parents bungalow in these dark, difficult, political times that we are all going through at the moment, but there is always light at the end of the tunnel!

GoogleThanks to all at Stoneridge Estates. Their professional knowledge and courtesy made our whole experience of moving house, so much easier and stress-free. Everyone we spoke to, and on many occasions, was able to keep us informed and allay our fears. Once again, thank you so much Stoneridge.

GoogleHayley of HNC has been letting residential properties for my companies for over 7 years. The professional service HNC offer is exceptional. Hayley spends a lot of time vetting incoming tenants and also offers a comprehensive service when they move in or out. I don’t think there would be any other letting agent locally that could offer a service half as good as HNC.

GoogleWe have recently sold our property through Stoneridge. All the team were very helpful and professional with a special mention to Sally, she was always quick to answer any queries we had, even on her days off and evenings. She kept us thoroughly up to date with the sale and would offer advice when needed. Would highly recommend.

GoogleHayley has overseen a property I have rented as a tenant for the past few years with no problems and I have always experienced good efficient service from her company. From the initial enquiry I have found the service provided to be professional and at the same time friendly and down to earth, I always felt there was a good balance provided for my interests as a tenant and those of the property owner. I had a problem with the boiler a couple of years ago which Hayley did everything in her power to rectify in a timely manner and the problem was resolved. I would recommend HNC to both people looking to rent a property and landlords looking to rent out a property.
