GoogleI had excellent service from Stoneridge. Always polite and helpful. As well as keeping me informed on all issues pertaining to the selling of the property. If it was not for the staff at Stoneridge I would have been totally in the dark as to what was going on. So top notch estate agent Stoneridge and a massive thank you.

GoogleSally at Stoneridge helped enormously with our sale, not once but 3 times as the property we were purchasing had issues with Land Registry. Sally kept us informed and was very efficient at keeping in touch with our buyer's. Would recommend Sally and Stoneridge as Estate Agents. Would definitely use them again.

GoogleStoneridge were the estate agents of the property I purchased. First of all they responded promptly to my request via Rightmove to view the place. In all honesty the agent I dealt with,Sally, was more helpful than my conveyancers. They would send me emails full of legal jargon which I sent on to Sally who explained it all to me in a polite and non condescending manner. Sometimes she would even respond to my emails at 8 o’clock at night. The cynical would say they just want the money…well of course they do. But who cares as long as they earn it. The seller should be thanking them because without Sallys patience I may have pulled out after hitting so many obstacles. Anyway I highly recommend them. Friendly and efficient service and always available on the phone.

GoogleDisappointing seeing all these reviews are good and I seem to have had a bad experience. I dont find this company professional whatsoever they left me hanging for 4 days after they offered me a viewing, okay I get people are busy but I rang the owner Hayley and she had passed my details to the lady in the office who did not update me when she was meant to supposedly, She did ring me and set up a viewing but unfortunately this same lady who confirmed my appt over WhatsApp did not book my appt in the diary and double booked the viewing did not even tell me so I took time out of my day on my dinner hour from work to go view this property at the time we agreed but it’s just turns out it’s me having to chase them up constantly asking why they hadn’t turned up. And find out what is going on then they lie, and tell me Hayley had an emergency when she quite clearly double booked because the man rocked up at same time as me and I ended up looking at this house when Hayley turned up with random stranger, as conveniently she was on the way to view with the property at a different time with someone else ! I just wanted to get in there and out of there, very awkward. So I just felt fully messed about to be honest. Could of told me beforehand. Anyway not happy with the incompetence. Won’t be dealing with again.

GoogleWe have used Stoneridge Estate Agents over the last year on our project in Clacton on Sea, where we developed 16 flats. Very useful agent to have in this area! Their knowledge of the area is undeniable, having branches in Clacton, Holland, Brightlingsea and Frinton. Their communication throughout of our sales has been excellent and they work very hard to make sure everything is finalised properly. If you are looking to sell in the area, I highly recommend Stoneridge.

GoogleThe HNC team are extremely knowledgeable about the lettings market. They always ensure the property and tenant are a good fit reducing the risk of dispute. All problems are dealt with in a timely, efficient and professional manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hayley and her team.
