GoogleHayley has always provided great service to me as a landlord and to my tenants. She has provided comprehensive check-in/ check-out reports and mid-tenancy reviews (when required) and found great tenants. She always has good advice on how to manage any issues and has trusted contractors she can call on, usually at short notice. Hayley is really responsive and flexible with her time, even on weekends and is always a pleasure to work with - highly recommended!

GoogleWe received so much support from Sally at Stonebridge on the sale of our property. Selling a property is always stressful but having Sally’s support and due diligence really did make a huge difference. She was always so responsive - even outside of working hours - and we really felt like she cared. When we weren’t getting answers from our solicitors Sally was on hand to push the process along. She really was the difference between us feeling really stressed or not. We’ve been so happy dealing with Stonebridge - from the point of sale with James through to the progression with you. We won’t hesitate to recommend Stoneridge in the future.

GoogleI was looking to rent a property and went in, they took my details and I heard nothing from them. A few months later I decided I’d be better off buying a property instead. I went in again and left my details and yet again I heard nothing from them! Either they decided I’m not worth their time or they just can’t be bothered.

GoogleStoneridge helped with the sale of our house and were very professional, kept us updated throughout and if we ever needed anything they would accommodate. We had bad luck with some buyers but they remained great through the process, especially Sally who kept us updated and liaised with solicitors and other agents in our chain! Thank you so much 😊

GoogleExtremely disappointing experience with Stoneridge Estate Agents. From start to finish, there was a clear lack of professionalism, urgency, and basic sales progression. We consistently felt that the process was being handled in favour of the buyer, with little regard for us as the sellers. Communication was poor throughout. Emails marked as urgent were not responded to in a timely manner, and updates were vague or lacking altogether. At a critical stage in the transaction, we were left chasing for information that should have been proactively managed by the agent. Most concerning was the failure to properly progress the sale. Key actions, such as chasing solicitors and moving outstanding enquiries forward, were not carried out with the level of urgency expected. This caused unnecessary delays and added significant stress. The buyer’s survey and subsequent renegotiation were also allowed to happen very late in the process, creating avoidable disruption. This should have been addressed much earlier and managed far more effectively. Overall, the handling of this sale was poor and ultimately led to us losing confidence and withdrawing completely. We would not recommend.

GoogleSally at Stoneridge Estates was absolutely terrific all the way through the process. She kept me informed with phone calls and emailed me at least twice a week to keep me updated. Nothing was too much trouble for her. They were the company I purchased through so they were earning nothing from me yet still gave the most excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.

GoogleWe use Stoneridge Estates as our agent to manage our rental flat for us. The team are always available to advise and help theie service is excellent. The phones are answered quickly and nothing is too much trouble. They have found suitable tenants for us and vetted applications on our behalf. Our tenant has access to their assistance too and we have peace of mind knowing the property is being well managed for us. We live abroad and the support from Stoneridge is very important to us.

GoogleI have had the pleasure of working with Hayley on two properties that she fully manages on my behalf and one which she kindly arranged on a let only despite being out of her area, my experience with Hayley is from a landlord perspective and on all three has been consistent ! The properties that are fully managed are not local to me and so I fully rely on Hayleys expertise as an agent to ensure they are in the same condition now as they were when I first started letting them out. She will advise when maintenance is due and ensure any is carried out to the highest standard. The service you receive from Hayley is exceptional and is of the highest quality ! All regular checks are carried out to ensure the property is being looked after by the tenant. She will put the same level of effort into vetting your tenant on a let only as she would fully managed. However I would choose fully managed at all times as it takes all the stress / worry and hassle out of being a landlord knowing that Hayley has everything covered, keeping you up to date on all regulation changes at all times. My tenants love renting from HNC property as they know they can report any concerns or issues 24 hours a day and Hayley will come back to them to resolve. I would definitely recommend to anyone she is over and above any chain based letting agents.
