GoogleWe recently purchased a property through Stoneridge, every single step was made incredibly easy. From viewing our home, putting in our offer all the way up to completion and beyond. Sally, although only works on certain days made time to answer our emails even on her days off, no matter how little or big the enquiry was. We cannot thank Stoneridge enough for all their work and support during our purchase.

GoogleWhat a brilliant team these two make. I've known and worked with them for many years (even prior to the Stoneridge days) and I can't thank them enough for everything they've done for me. From rentals to sales and purchases they really are a fantastic team that keep your interests at heart always. James and Steve are the future of Estate agents- calm and collected but knowledgable about the local area and know what a good deal is for you. Their professionalism, attention to detail and client care skills make the company a huge asset to Clacton.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI have used Stoneridge Estates to buy a property recently and they have always been a great team of people who are professional, always responds to emails and return calls. I have been dealing with Sally Battle the last couple of months who has been amazing. Chasing up with solicitors and emailing Out to everyone on her days off as well as late into the evening to really push to get things moving. She has been outstanding and if I ever wanted to sell my house in the future I will always make sure she is working with me as she never gives up and gets the job done. So biggest of thank you’d for everything you have done and keep up the brilliant work and to all at Clacton on Sea Office.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe sold our house really quickly with Stoneridge, this is our second house sale using them now & both times very happy. Sally in the sales profession department specifically, she was quick to update us throughout & always came back to us. Our solicitor was tricky to deal with at some stages but sally always managed to find out the info we needed and keep us in the loop. Very satisfied & highly recommend. Wouldn’t use anyone else :)PositiveValue
