GoogleThe staff at Haart have been an absolutely marvellous - they have been on the ball with every avenue we had to go down due to quite a few hiccups along the way - But the person who stands out for me and my husband is Catherine Wilson who is the Sales Progressor within the Haart team in Clacton - she has been so efficient, helpful and she has had to listen to me bending her ear about a move date - she is credit to the company - always ringing me back when I left a message and always looked into finding an answer for me - her communication skills are spot on - well done Catherine and all the staff at Haart Clacton - Please keep up the good work.

GoogleI have used Haart for several years, initially when I purchased my property in 2000, then when I rented it out from 2010 and again these last few months selling it. Each time, I have always an excellent professional service from the teams. However, the last few months I have been dealing with a gentleman in the sales team by the name of Jordan! We started the long stressful process a tad rocky (not his fault just the market and me a frustrated seller) but what made him stand out to me was the comeback I got from my very abrupt call to him! He isn't the standard sales man who you know in the voice says what you want to hear, he has always been up front honest and takes the backlash for it without offence. As the seller of a not so straight forward dragged out sale I know from our weekly chats that he was so dedicated to his customers that he was feeling the same as I was! He has totally earned his commission and I would use, plus recommend Haart again due to him.
