GoogleLook elsewhere if you are a homeowner looking to rent. Poor communication, no clarity on payments or deductions. I have given One star for the initial marketing activity. If you can please use a solicitor to read all the terms and conditions and satisfy yourself before signing up with them, or else use online estate agent like "open rent" who would charge fraction for letting with the same level of service.
