I have been very impressed with Gabrielle Warner and Molly Costello at the Clacton branch. My emails and phone calls are returned swiftly and any problems that have arisen have been dealt with quickly and with minimum fuss. It is good to know that my property is being looked after with care and attention by both ladies. Highly recommend both Gabrielle and Molly if you want peace of mind when letting a property.

I do not recommend this real estate agency, I was selling my house so I was looking for a house to rent I was interested in one house in this agency, I submitted an application everything seemed ok, the agency got all the documents they needed from me also my savings list and how much I will have after selling the house, i.e. about 100k and what and that was not enough for the manager who works there all the time making it difficult for me to rent this house, she said that the email from my new employer stating that he is hiring me and how much I will earn etc is not enough for her to confirm that I will work there, so she wanted the same on the letterhead, which I couldn't present on the date she wanted because the person who issues such papers is on vacation and was coming back in a week after I was supposed to move into this house, at the very end I felt like a fraud because of this lady manager, so I asked for the deposit back, of course I didn't get it, she said it was my fault that I quit I can't show them my employment on the letterhead, once again I don't recommend this agency Haart Estate And Lettings Agents Clacton. Fortunately, I rented a house with another agency without any problems

Since my property sale and purchase was handed over to Samantha Ramsey (Sammy) at the Clacton office, I have found her efficient and focussed determination to progress my house move to completion helpful, particularly when progress with my purchase was stalled, potentially putting the chain at risk. Sammy's persistent 4-way multi-agency communication between myself, my buyers' solicitor, the seller's estate agent and my solicitor via phone calls and emails has become crucial, to keep us all up to date and informed. I like the way Sammy contacted me on taking over the case, to inform me of how she would manage it , including how often she would be updating me.
