I’ve just had to have renovation works carried out to my rented flat, which is managed by Hamptons.Although pricey the job has been carried out by the contractor in a throughly professional way. Plus it’s been managed superbly by Rebecca Duxbury, property manager at Hamptons.

GoogleHamptons once tried to increase my rent while offering an identical apartment in the same building for the original rent. They're unprofessional, unprepared, and unscrupulous. Not good for tenants and not good for landlords if that's the level of thinking they put into things.

Not a care in the world - emailed them about a flat in Wimbledon (via Rightmove)... walked past their office, saw them sitting in there chatting and laughing. Received no call back, no email. HOPELESS and obviously not interested at all.
