Ameesha has been very helpful and responsive ever since she took over as our new property manager in October 2020. We had a few issues which have not been prioritised previously by Hamptons, and it was a relief to have them solved when she got involved. Ameesha is fair and it is a pleasure to deal with her, 5 stars for Ameesha but 4 stars for Hamptons overall. When our contract was due to expire and the flat was listed for 300 quid less we have not even been informed, we just noticed online and went back to Hamptons enquiring about extending the contract. Could have been better handled really but in the end we got on the same page.

I have recently moved to London from New York, it was a big move interms of adjusting to a newer city and what not. I was introduced to Georgia Bullock let agent who was very professional from the start, definitely different experience and genuine commitment in checking and following up for the viewings. She made the let signing very easy and supported and checked on me every day until i was able to move successfully. The Hamptons Deposit Manager and the TDS.

The Hamptons Deposit Manager, Camillie Solomon, was extremely helpful in handling a disputed sum by outgoing tenants. Throughout a four month period of resolving the dispute Camillie was meticulous in keeping me updated on her negotiations with the tenants and the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS). She did this with much courtesy and I could not have expected a more efficient and fair outcome. Thank you Camillie.

We used Hamptons in Godalming to help sell our home. Selling isn't easy, especially during a pandemic. Hamptoms made it less stressful all round. The staff were extremely helpful with all things regards to selling the house, knew the area very well and generally a lovely bunch of people. The after care was nothing short of amazing! Should we look at selling or buying again, we would definitely use Hamptoms, without a doubt. Highly recommend Hamptoms Godalming, especially Ross, Andrew and Jason and the lovely Pippa.

The two property managers we've had looking after our flat have both been amazing. When Sarah Sapong left her role we were concerned that the excellent service she'd offered wouldn't continue. We had nothing to worry about Thahmid Sultan has been fantastic. We have had a few issues with tenants and things needing to be repaired in the property and Thahmid has responded quickly, with interest and concern and resolved everything in a very timely manner. We couldn't be happier with the service we've received.

I have been very happy with Hamptons for a few years since I stated to let out an apartment in Paddington because Sarita Sainsbury is extremely helpful to us. She has been very responsive and supportive for every single matter I've had so far. Property maintenance, payments and furniture purchases etc have been all involved. She is also very patient as English is not my first language and I don't live in London. Actually I have never been to this apartment at all. Hamptons Staff always AttentiveAlthough it sometimes occurred that issues took a little while to be solved, this was rarely the fault of the Staff at Hamptons themselves. We have been particularly fortunate to have Property Manager Joe Sanders as our contact point, and he has always tried his best to sort things out for us whenever an issue has arisen. He has been particularly good at being an equal intermediary between tenant and landlord and never made us feel as though he was only working for the landlord and didn't care at all for the tenant.Keep up the good work, and thank you Joe!

Hamptons are worth the extra cost....

We have used Hampton's as agents to let out our flat in St. Albans for over 6 years now. David Whiting has been our contact and has always been both professional and effective in managing the property. We have the full management package which can work out moderately expensive but you do get what you pay for. We have several other properties mainly in London and I just wish David could deal with these as well! Only moan is minor: Hampton's charge for annual statements even when fully managed contract in place, every year I find this such an irritant.

My experience with our property’s manager and some of our letting agents

My experience with our property manager, Mr. Joe Sanders have always been satisfactory in terms of him being responsive, helpful, and committed. He has always tried to address our concerns in a timely manner and has a good understanding as to how effectively communicate with the landlords. In some occasions though, especially with letting agents, I’ve had some unpleasant experience which sometimes was kind of frustrating. There were some situations where one or two of the flats were vacant for relatively long period of time and I personally found it very difficult to communicate my sense of urgency with the agents. And sometimes there were different agents working on a specific flat with no effective communication channels with each other as well as with the landlords causing me send different emails to different agents discussing same matters. To me it seems there are sometimes some sort of miscommunications amongst Hamptons’ hierarchy as well as between the letting agents.

Jacob is a truly exceptional estate…

Jacob is a truly exceptional estate agent. We had been on the market without success, for over a year, with a lovely, but unusual, property. From the moment that we first met, Jacob understood what he needed to do in order to achieve a sale for us. The photographs that Hamptons took were lovely, together with a video tour. But more importantly, when the right buyers came along (only a few weeks later), Jacob made sure that the deal was done. He is tactically astute, a good negotiator, assiduous, careful and attentive. He has driven through the sale in less than three months with determination and drive, as well as being utterly charming to deal with. I could not recommend him more highly.

Helpful and very professional
