GoogleSharleen is really friendly, easy-going, and always really responsive whenever I had questions or require assistance. There’re multiple occasions where immediate fixing was required at the property, and she handled it promptly with pure professionalism and kept me updated the whole time, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. You can tell she genuinely cares and takes pride in what she does. I’d definitely recommend Sharleen to anyone looking for a reliable letting manager.

When it came to renewing the tenancy, she took the time to clearly explain the options and handled all the paperwork quickly, which made the whole process hassle-free.
