Was told to pay an initial fee over the phone and that would give my Solicitor a chance to review my options. Was not updated on costs at all as it was just going to be a yes/no answer to see if it would justifying it going to court paid for information i already knew, and also for work that i told her not to do .And at the end off the day they did not no any more that my Energy (cab) advisor knew and that was free advise.And then was stung with a horrendous bill. Not impressed nor would recommend very disappointed 😞

Dreadful. Ripped my family apart following the execution of the will of my grandfather. Issued one set of instructions then decided I had additional legal rights entitlement which came as a shock to my aunt. No family counselling no mediation. No understanding of whether I could afford to give up my legal rights. Just misery and a ton of pressure to give up my legal rights. Do not touch with a barge pole.

Had a warm referral to get our estate looked at for tax and succession possibilities. Had a very direct meeting with one of their solicitors. He basically ignored the issues that we asked him about - we stated that these were the issues that we were particularly concerned about. No recommendations were offered in a multi-page essentially boiler plate report. And then he has charged us over 2000 GBP! Complete waste of time and money!

This was the first time we bought a house and I think we would have been lost without Laura, our solicitor. She was amazing from day one, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and reachable. We got to this company by reading reviews online, and we were so lucky to find her. We took a gamble as we were moving from England to Inverness and we didn't know anything about Scottish laws or purchasing process, but she made it so easy for us: she explain everything, had our backs when needed, had advice. I really felt she cared, and she was in the process with us all the way. She made us trust the company she works for, to go there for any legal services in the future. Thank you again Laura!
