Professional throughout, ever helpful, calming in time of crisis (caused by solicitors, not by anyone at TLC), always friendly, worked with us to get a good sale and, from start to finish, it has been a joy to deal with TLC (as much as buying and selling a house is ever a 'joy'). GoogleWe used Tom from TLC Properties to sell our big, Edwardian townhouse in the centre of Harrogate because we liked him as a person, and because he was very knowledgeable about the market. We had two offers within a few days of each other and Tom gave us some fantastic advice to manage the situation. He was very patient, understanding, open and honest the whole way through the marketing, the show arounds and the sale process and he always kept us calm and positive when we were worried about anything. He definitely knows his stuff and you really couldn't wish for a nicer estate agent!

GoogleAmazing service from Finlay even when the first buyers withdrew due to survey issues. Finlay/TLC sold the house again very quickly. They have always been pro-active in overcoming potential problems and navigating the way to a successful completion. Highly recommended .
