Matt was absolutely great to work with, he answered every question we had (no matter how small!) and kept us updated throughout the whole process. As first-time buyers, it can be quite a scary experience, but Matt made this feel easier and more manageable. We really appreciated his support, communication, and professionalism. Thank you again! 😊

GoogleStruggled to get viewings with Matt. Struggled to get responses from Matt and Teresa . Whilst purchasing with them. It really spoilt what should have been an exciting happy process. I was a focused purchaser. Had to repeatedly ring and speak to matts colleagues asking if he can please respond re making a viewing. Teresa is a bit more responsive but we experienced a fair bit of being ignored and unresponsiveness from her as well. Such a shame. Really spoilt the purchase for us. Towards the end of negotiations I am told a handful of other viewers are booked in several cash buyers (amazing!) . I upped my offer more than what I wanted to considering the amount of money the place needed, offer accepted, asked to view for second time and was told it’s not possible because it had been let out for a while. How come there were a handful of “viewings” that week as well yet I cannot view . I had previously seen and screenshot the fact the property had been let before I was told about the viewings from a handful of others the same week. I asked about this and never received a response . Amazing really . I pulled out of buying for several reasons. Since this I found something better for less money.

Jenny, our main contact, was outstanding, incredibly helpful, knowledgeable about the local area, and supportive at every stage of the process. Nothing was ever too much trouble; she opened the property for viewings on multiple occasions to accommodate our needs, which we really appreciated. We felt well guided from start to finish and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Moore Allen & Innocent Lechlade.

Their service is efficient and unobtrusive - not for them the hard sell and aggressive tactics of some other agents. We found then to be a pleasure to work with both as client and buyer. GoogleWe let a property through Moore Allen, and although dealing with Shelbie was an absolute pleasure and I cannot commend her professionalism and efficiency highly enough, I felt the end-of-tenancy process was handled appallingly and left a really bitter taste. We were lucky that our landlords, who were also excellent and very reasonable throughout the tenancy, were decent enough to disregard the vast majority of the grossly misrepresentative contents of the end of tenancy report. Very disappointing indeed, and a very unfortunate end to a tenancy that had otherwise run very smoothly.

GoogleWe recently completed on a property that was handled by Mark at Moore Allen and we couldn’t recommend Mark enough! He is the most supportive and helpful estate agent we’ve ever met. He chased and chased and pushed things through when it was most needed. He cares and has a very calm and efficient way of working, keeping both sellers and buyers informed and happy. GoogleI would like to say a huge thank you to Lynda and the team for their outstanding support in helping my elderly parents sell their cottage recently. Lynda went far above and beyond her role by providing constant feedback, reassurance and responsiveness to any queries they had, sometimes working well beyond her expected 'office hours' (whilst working from home). Despite the huge pressures on her time, nothing was too much trouble for her to do and the care she provided to my parents was exceptional and very much appreciated. Thank you.

GoogleThey are nice during your tenancy but terrible at the end of tenancy. No replies on emails when your asking a question, 2 months to return deposit, your clearly forgotten about as your no longer a source of income. And if you ring to speak to someone she is rude and talks down to you. Judging by other reviews this happens to most renters at the end of tenancy, for that reason I would avoid using them again.
