Gail as much as we are sympathetic to your unfortunate redundancy, it is however not your landlords fault, during these difficult times with Covid it is not as easy getting the quotes for , cleaning , gardening and repairs that need attending to at the property you rented. Rachel our property manager emailed you yesterday, which you have not responded to, however you sent another email at 4 am this morning. Please check your junk mail! As soon as we can agree with the deductions, you will receive the remainder of your deposit. I am sorry for the delay caused, if you could please response to Rachel our property manager we can get this sorted as soon as possible.
