GoogleAwful experience dealing with this supposed estate agent. Absolutely no compassion or understanding for tenants with long term health conditions as well as harassment and toxicity from both management and the slumlord they act as an agent for. If I could give anybody a single piece of advice, run as far away as you can. If you are offered anything owned by Linda Searancke (or however you spell that nonsense), you might as well move onto the street. Properties infested with black mold, unsafe electrics, leaking plumbing and that's all in an ice box because neither parties will even attempt to maintain the boilers until you threaten them with action from environmental health. Not to mention the lack of deposit protection and the immediate section 21 you will be served if you ask for hot water to wash your child with. Words have not been invented to describe how much we loathe and detest every interaction with had with both the agent and the slumlord ("Bsc").
