I was selling a property as part of a deceased relative’s estate and Sharon quickly provided a valuation for probate purposes and gave us sensible ideas for the future sale. She kept in touch until probate was granted when I appointed Sharon and her team to handle the sale. I wasn’t disappointed, she and her team exceeded all expectations. Property details and marketing were very high quality and we had several serious viewings virtually immediately, all handled by Sharon and Nikki. Within days of going to market we had several offers and agreed a sale at an excellent price. Throughout the subsequent period from agreed offer to completion Sharon and Nikki kept in regular touch with me and all other parties and were instrumental in ensuring a speedy and satisfactory conclusion.
