We are so pleased we chose Bennett Lorusso to sell our property. It was our first time selling and buying in tandem so it was all unknown to us but Mike put our minds at ease on the first valuation meeting, explaining the process, timescales, and bought his research along of similar properties in the area to show the reasoning behind his valuation. Alan then came to take photos of the property shortly after which were amazing, and he talked us through how the viewings would go. We especially liked that when viewings took place, they were always accompanied by Alan/Mike, they still gave you time to think and have a chat without being on your shoulder, but it put our minds at ease when having unknown people in our house. Laura is just an absolute star! Whenever we had any questions, she would always answer so quickly (having the WhatsApp chat was great), and she explained it all in terms we actually understood. She continuously chased up solicitors and liaised with the other estate agents to keep us all in the loop, but also told us who we could contact to help try and speed things along too. Cannot recommend the team enough, they were great from start to finish. Thank you!

I have used Bennett and Lorusso to buy a flat. Because of my conveyancing solicitor issues the purchase took ages, but during this term, Bennet & Lorusso estate agents have been always so patient, so polite, and super friendly and helpful to me and tried to speed up the process. They always acted to solve problems and always showed customer first approach during my experience. Laura followed up my case and she has been always very responsive. Sold our property with Bennett Lorusso earlier this year. Very professional team, from valuation to sold, it was all very quick and smooth. Laura was very on the ball with chasing solicitors, making everything go through smoothly. There was even an incident where we accidentally locked ourselves out of my house one evening, and as I passed my spare key to Bennett Lorusso I couldn't get back in. Alan very kindly went back to the office after hours and gave me the key.

Well, what can we say apart from praises as to how the purchase of our house went through with Bennet Lorusso Estate Agents in St Neots, Cambridgeshire From the moment we booked the viewing to putting in an offer through to completion, working with the whole team was a joy. Really pleased with Bennett Lorusso and the sale of our property. Laura was great with chasing solicitors during the time leading to exchange and would update us often. They are competitive with their fee % in comparison to other agencies. Although viewings were a little quiet due to the worry about mortgage fees increasing at the time we went on the market and the property came with pros and cons-estate, parking, size of garden. They did manage to get those who viewed back in on 2nd viewings which was what we needed and eventually how we got the sale. They also dealt with our purchase with up most dignity, as it was put on the market when it shouldn't have been due to a family member having pound signs in their eyes. This must have been difficult for viewings as we were always going to have the property, regardless of the viewings. Again they dealt with this extremely difficult situation professionally.
