Extremely professional but very friendly and makes you feel at ease,some estate agents are a bit pompous unless you are looking for a grand estate to buy but Joely treated us as though she had known us for years,even came out on a sunday afternoon to accommodate us,nothing is too much trouble and now we are in the process of buying a property they had on their books. If Joely or John are not in the office when I have rung they are very prompt ringing or emailing us back, that means a lot as you all know house buying can be very stressfull but its nice to know help is on hand. Selling or buying I would certainly recommend them

Professional and friendly service form the whole team. My property was under offer in 2 days! The brochure really showed the house to best advantage. I was constantly updated and kept informed at every stage. A very positive experience, this was number 18 in my moves and have to say it was the best experience I’ve had. I recently used Autograph estate agents to purchase my property and they did everything I would want an estate agent to do. They were obviously working hard to track the progress of the sale for the seller and in turn this also kept me informed as to progress. Far better sadly than my own estate agent ever did. Phone calls and e-mails were all responded to quickly. In short I would have no issues recommending them.

I'm still slightly shocked (in a good way) at how fast John and Joely managed to sell our house! Both enthusiastic and helpful, even when issues arose John provided more than enough information to help resolve.
