A seamless transaction from beginning to end. The support of the team has been superb. After only a short spell in Chudleigh, my circumstances changed rapidly with lockdown and the events of 2021. I needed to unpick the situation quickly, and Autograph helped me achieve that. A suitably illustrated brochure helped get the right interest and there was a good pool of potential buyers - viewings were carried out quickly, managed by Phil As matters progressed, Sam in the office did a super job keeping me updated to completion. 10/10 - thanks Autograph

We recently sold our house with Autograph back in the Summer. The photos that they took really made our property look good. All viewings were done very efficiently and within guidelines. We were kept informed at all times about offers and procedures. Our house sale took awhile to go through due to the current pandemic. I can not fault this estate agency at all. I have in the last couple of years had to deal with a number of agencies for various transactions, and this by far is the most professional, friendliest and knowledgeable team. They were a pleasure to deal with. I was really impressed with the quality of the imagery and the sales prospectus for the house and was especially impressed that they managed to get full asking price. Autograph Estate Agents have provided an excellent service from initial contact and up to completion. John evaluated the house and discussed pricing options around our particular circumstances. The brochure was completed in-house and the property sale published online within 2 working days. Autograph Estate Agents then matched up the property with clients already on their books and within 5 days an offer was accepted. Throughout the whole process we were given regular updates and progress reports. Rather than lots of nice words, which would be very well deserved I would hasten to add - I will let the numbers, or more accurately dates, do the talking - 23/03 - Autograph appointed 26/03 - 1st Viewing - no offer received 30/03 - Further viewing 31/03 - Initial offer made - rejected 01/04 - Increased offer made 04/04 - Revised offer accepted 05/04 - Purchaser informed 01/07 - Contracts exchanged 07/07 - Completion When you factor in that the offer / acceptance process was undertaken when I was in America with an 8 hour time difference, you can see that all at Autograph worked incredibly hard to maintain the lines of communication and make the sale happen.
