GoogleNo option for zero stars Very unprofessional approach and communication from Spencer’s . We were midway through purchasing a property and after paying out hundreds of pounds on a survey, solicitors , searches etc we got gazumped. Spencer’s didn’t have the professional courtesy to inform us until the offer was put forward , checks completed and accepted by the sellers. They basically and bluntly said do you want to up your offer or the sellers are going with the other buyers . Maybe just maybe as a company you can reflect on your actions and be more honest and upfront with people and maybe just maybe think of the impact this has!!!!! Thanks for nothing Spencer’s !!!
