We had such a good service from the staff at Spencer’s. All were very helpful and efficient especially a young woman Maya and a young man George. We lived quite a distance away but they were always happy to show us around our prospective new home even when they were presumably busy. We can’t fault them with either their business acumen or their care and they certainly improved the rather bad reputation some estate agents have.

Without the help from Maya our agent at Spencer’s Coastal our chain would unquestionably fallen through. Dates were agreed really early and all parties were happy, yet issues in the chain appeared late on. The solicitor could only talk to our buyer and seller so it was down To Maya to encourage and tirelessly sort out the issues at the bottom of the chain.
