GoogleThroughout the long process of trying to find a home, we found that the team at Mr Green Estate Agents were by far the most helpful, proactive and responsive estate agents in the area. Lloyd personally managed the search and went above and beyond to find potential leads and create opportunities in the busy market. We would recommend Mr Green Estate Agents for both purchase and sale every time and will definitely look to use them again in the future.

GoogleLloyd and his colleagues are positive, professional and informed. Their excellent communication and proactive approach has undoubtedly made a very positive difference and held our chain together through a number of challenging issues. Nothing was too much trouble for Lloyd or his team, in or outside of normal working hours; a rare quality. Having worked with many agents on sales and purchases I can wholeheartedly reccommend Lloyd as being outstanding without reservation.

GoogleThankyou so much to the team at Christchurch Mr green for selling our first home for us! Particularly to Lloyd, Daniel and Amy. Very contactable and responsive, they kept us up to the date the whole way through. We are a young busy family, if we needed to get hold of the team we could use whatsapp which was very convenient for us. Highly recommended, couldn’t fault the service. Thanks guys.

GoogleIt’s really unfortunate that due to Covid-19 my landlord is having to sell the property I’m in, but with meeting lloyd he is so understanding of the situation and the fact I’d love to stay here. He has given me a bit of hope, he is dedicated to his job and very professional and genuine and will do all he can to keep me in the property.

GoogleI have just sold my house straight after the 'property lockdown' I exchanged Monday and move in 2 weeks. That sounds easy? It was! I know house buying and selling can be a nigtmare but Lloyd and Richard have been amazing. Nothing's too much trouble and they're super honest which is massively refreshing. I've recommended them to several people already. Thanks guys great job!
