Its not often I feel compelled to express my experiences when dealing with Estate Agents but I really do think these guys are cut above the rest. Extremely professional and well informed and I really felt they were trying to find me the right home. Amy was particularly helpful and sent me many properties after I registered with them and she also new everything about the properties we viewed with her. As an independent Agent , it was obvious they worked hard for you from the start and were very proactive with returning calls and emails. When in the market to sell or purchase a property .....I really would try this company again as I was extremely impressed with all the staff and I wish them well for the future !

They listened to what we actually wanted and did not waste our time trying to sell us something that was not suitable. They found our perfect property and continued to support us through the process. We approached Lloyd and his team (Mr Green, Christchurch branch) after having our house on the market for many months with no result. Once we gave Lloyd the GREEN LIGHT, things really did get a move on and with no word of a lie our house was sold in 36 hours. I would say that’s pretty good by anyones standards. We cannot remember a time that Lloyd or anyone in his office did not return a phone call when promised. We found Lloyd’s approach to selling our house refreshing and we felt like he kept us in the loop at all times. My wife and I are extremely happy with their service and would highly recommend them.

We originally planned to list our property using a well-known online estate agent, however they struggled to publish our listing as land registry hadn't updated the title to our names. Out of frustration we emailed our solicitor and asked them to recommend a local estate agent to manage the sale for us. They quickly came back and said "Mr Green". Lloyd came out to do the have a look round our newly renovated flat and I was immediately impressed. He proceeded to value the property based on sound market information which gave us confidence in the figure he proposed (it did not seem like a "guesstimate" which some other local estate agents we have dealt with in the past provide). We then discussed the fee, and he was very upfront which was again refreshing. Having agreed to work with them they quickly had a photographer out to the property and the listing live. I have to say at this point that the marketing materials (both the photos, 3D walk round, and property write up) were excellent. I’m a Marketing Consultant by trade and I was super impressed. The listing went live, and they had they had the flat under offer quickly. Unfortunately, the chain of the buyer broke down after 6 weeks (which was frustrating), but Mr Green persisted, and we soon had a new sale agreed which completed yesterday. Onto the actual sales process. Amy was the person who conducted the viewings and then managed the entire process through to completion. We were blown away by how much care and attention she took. After each viewing, we either received a call or an email with feedback (both positive and negative), which helped us understand how the property was being received by the market. Once an offer was made Amy then negotiated the price to get it as close to our asking as possible and ended up getting us a price that was slightly more than we would have been happy to accept. Once the sale was agreed Amy kept in regular contact with us, our solicitor, the buyer, and their solicitor. This open channel of communication meant we were able to quickly answer any question the buyer had, which helped smooth over the process of moving from offer to exchange. As mentioned earlier we completed yesterday, with the entire process (from offer to completion) taking just over 8 weeks, which is phenomenal. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mr Green as your agent if you are looking to sell your home. They really stand out and (apologies for the cliché) go the extra mile. Just brilliant.
