GoogleI couldn’t recommend Jordan and his team enough! They made me feel so welcome from the offset and made a stressful process become so much easier. Not only did they all go above and beyond to sell my home, but also helped me with the process of finding a new one. Nothing ever felt too much for them, they are open 7 days a week and they always kept me updated with the progress without me having to chase. I have been to a few other agents previously and never had this level of service. Super impressed and very happy. Thank you all so much!

FacebookWe couldn’t recommend this estate agents highly enough.
Jordan sold our house upon the first viewing, what helped that was the idea of an open house which hadn’t been something anyone else had suggested.
Allowing a couple of pre open day viewings really seemed to motivate the couple interested into putting in an offer which was more than what we had hoped for.
They weren’t they ideal people to deal with and refused at times to communicate during the deal, but Jordan persevered by contacting everyone else possible to keep the deal together.
We’ll be using them again if we ever move again.

GoogleNever have I ever met an agent like Jordan Ridout! We started our search back in September and we viewed many properties with other agents but none could compare to Jordan Marks Estates! Without a doubt the most reliable, honest and friendly estate agents in Christchurch! I would highly recommend Jordan and his team if your searching for a property! Zero jargon, just straight up great advice. We now have a lovely home ready for Christmas.
