GoogleThe team at Denisons in Christchurch are first class. Not only did they find us a buyer for our house within a couple of days, they also help us manage a flat we rent out. We have had excellent tenants and no voids thanks to them. They are a pleasure to deal with and always go out of their way to help.

GoogleDenisons sold 2 properties for myself and son. All staff were extremely helpful every time I needed to contact them. They understand how to sell properties and were constantly on top of the current situation with purchasers, chasing where necessary. Would definitely recommend them.

GoogleBooked two valuations, no one turned up to value the properties called to chase and they had not booked it in the diary? I have no confidence that this agency could deliver the required results if they can not do a simple task of booking an appointment in the diary.

GoogleExcellent communication and professional service. Both as buyer and vendor the advice given shows a great deal of experience in Christchurch property with a realistic and honest approach. Having experienced the negative and upsetting effect of other poor estate agents in the area I would absolutely recommend Denisons to anyone.

FacebookJust sold our property through Denisons , really good experience , next to no stress and Danielle's chasing service was excellent. She seemed to make more progress than the solicitors. Would definitely use them again.
