For the last year and a bit, we have been renting through Denisons. Leandra and Tonya are terrifically helpful and efficient. Any problems were dealt with quickly and with minimum fuss. I am only sorry that they are not managing my new tenancy. Thank you to the Denison firm for all your help.

We let our property through them and they did a first class job, taking out all the headaches involved in letting out property with a very efficient service throughout. Would thoroughly recommend them to anyone seeking to rent out their property, very professional.

Spencer, Rihanna and Justin have have been so kind, supportive and professional during an extremely difficult time thanks to two time wasters. When the first buyer pulled out a week before exchange Rihanna found me another buyer the same day and when that buyer did the same She found another buyer a week later, I have now finally settled in my new flat thanks to your your hard work, you are all amazing. Hope I never have to move again but if I did I wouldn't even consider anyone else. Thanks so much.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

The most unprofessional agent I have ever met. Turned up in a scruffy shirt, shorts and flip flops. No hello, no hand shake, no property details with him, no idea what the length of lease was and no enthusiasm about the property whatsoever. He confirmed that the details online were incorrect regarding the garden, it is communal when is advertised as private. He made no apology for this error and seemed to have known about it for a long time, effectively falsely advertising a feature that doesn't exist. The property we viewed has been on the market for a long time and we can see why if this agent is in charge of trying to sell it. I feel sorry for the seller and have no idea why they have stuck with Denisons.

It looks like there sales team are far more helpful than the lettings team. We rented with them for over a year and found one in particular lady there very rude the way she spoke to us was as if we were beneath her as tenants. There charges are also one of the highest around and they expect you to put money down on flats or houses the day you view them to secure them we would not reccomend them at all as letting agents.

Viewing arranged Monday, viewed Tuesday, in on Friday. Leandra and colleagues pulled out all the stops to get us sorted so quickly. Easily the best service we’ve had from any letting agent - fast, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!

Very efficient and professional in handling the sale of our beach hut. They didn't have quite the queue of buyers they promised, but concluded a sale in the end, and handled the transaction superbly.
