FacebookWe had a brilliant experience with Denisons and cannot recommend them highly enough. Leandra in the lettings team has been fantastic. At a time when not many properties were available but it was a very busy market and we needed to relocate from North Yorkshire, she really worked with us to find us a great property. It all ran smoothly. Correspondence has been great with emails and phone calls keeping us up to date and confirming appointments and details of what stage we are at with it all.

GoogleDenisons recently secured a 6 month let for us including accomodating a pet. It was a tall order but Tonya and Leandra went out of their way to help us and the landlord agreed to the tenancy. They were always super helpful and friendly, I would definitely recommend their services.

GoogleI contacted Denisons when I started looking for a property to rent. Tonya and Leandra were extremely helpful and gave me excellent advice and guidance. They walked me through the whole process and found the perfect property for me. I can honestly say that Tonya and Leandra go way beyond the call of duty as I have been told by a family member, who is also renting, how disappointing their experience has been with their letting agents. I will recommend Denisons without hesitation.

GoogleI had my property rented for about 5 years with Dennisons lettings and throughout the time i was continually impressed by the overall professionalism, they communicated well at every stage, Tonya and Leandra were ALWAYS friendly and polite and so easy to deal with. I would not hesitate to use them again and i wild highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent their property. fairly priced and a real pleasure to deal with. an extra bonus is that their wasn't a constant cycle of people through the office so you were remembered and had chance to build good relationships with the team. 5 starts!

GoogleWe have been blown away by the service provided by Denisons and especially Leandra as they really did give us a life line during our hour of need. Trying to find a rental in the Christchurch area during such a busy time for our move from Harrogate was proving impossible. We were made to feel like 3rd rate citizens by other agents who didn't have to spend time on customer service as they had so many potential tenants. Leandra was able to quickly find us a house, made us feel like the customer throughout, she was responsive friendly and kind. We will definitely be using this agency in the future. Excellent work.
