Nicola and Abbie have been amazing throughout the whole process. Nicola has been worth her wight in gold since we agreed a sale price with our buyer; she’s kept us up to date on all stages of the sale and has leased with solicitors on both sides to make the process as swift and painless as possible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! By far the WORST estate agents I have ever dealt with. No issues get addressed, they refuse to speak to landlord for you and won’t provide contact details. Seems to be ran by immature children that have 5 GCSES to their name. Laughing down the phone, new case manager every week. The whole company is an absolute shambles and needs shutting down!! I honestly would rather live in a tent than ever deal with Keenan’s again. Landlords do NOT work with them as they are putting off tenants wanting to live in your property and absolutely rinsing you.

GoogleI had a fantastic experience using Keenans, Chorley for the sale of my property. All the team have been friendly, professional and seamless during the sale of my house. A huge recognition to the team below. Callum - Super friendly and put my mind at ease when signing up and having my house valued. Such a lovely guy! Jordan - Absolutely loved having my house photos taken by Jordan, and he managed to take beautiful photos of my property which helped aid my quick sale massively. Kirsty - Continues to keep my mind at ease and talk me through the process in an "easy to understand" manner. Couldn't be happier that she sold me the services of Keenans. Katie and Megan - Thank you so much for everything you've both done for me. From completing my viewings to helping to organise everything, and for communicating with me so well. Emily Bradley is a credit to your business. Whatever she gets paid, you should double it. She basically did my solicitors job for them as well as her own. If it wasn’t for her persistence, an it was left up to my solicitors I’d still be waiting to complete in the year 2050. Thanks for all your hardwork.

I have recently acquired the services of Keenan's Estate Agents to manage a property for me. Although it is early days, they have swiftly completed a full report and given tremendous feedback on the property with detailed photos. They are punctual, swift at dealing with issues and they call you back!!! Nothing seems to be a problem to them and I feel as if I am in good hands. Thank you especially to both Callum and Simon, who have restored my faith in letting/management agents in Bury!

Louis and Jack offered brilliant support throughout, and were on hand to answer any questions I had during the process of sale and purchase.The quick reactions to a sale fall-through from Jack and Louis was much appreciated, and they had my house straight back on the market, and sold again within 4 days.

Totally unhinged behaviour from estate agent. who will remain unnamed. We made the mistake of getting Keenans to value our home. Not only did they greatly undervalue it, when we declined their services, the young man who valued our house turned up, on our doorstep at 9 am the next morning demanding an explanation. (His expectations were managed during his valuation. I had told him we had three others in mind).That morning, my husband answered the door, the agent in question didn't introduce himself, but asked if i was there. As I had managed the valuation my husband didn't know who he was. To make matters worse, when my husband told the agent that he was going to go in the house and ask me, the agent tried to step into the house, uninvited.... Causing my husband to put his hand out to stop him from entering our home. I declined to speak with the young man, so my husband dealt with him. The agent grilled him on why we didn't pick Keenans and who we had gone with instead -- poo-pooing our choice.For context we ended up selling our home for £40k more than Keenans valued it for, it sold within three weeks of being on the market. And we sold it for free on an online portal.
