From start to finish at pudsey office they got every stage of process wrong.l had to chase feedback from buyers and waited days sometimes for replys.on moving day i was chassed for keys and they were not helpfull at all never use again shocking service.

Dreadful. Jesmond branch. Need to vet landlord as landlord pulled out 4.30pm day before moving date. The agent assured immediate refund which took 3 days. Inefficient, poor service, poor availability of anyone in the lettings department and, poor organisation. Save yourself heart ache and avoid bridgfords

Such an irresponsible furniture repair department they have.( Except mr simon )Too lazy and never chose them at any cost ,money grabbers .Agency fees ridiculous and the way they treat tenants while you contact them for any repairs or maintenance it’s really unacceptable they are negligent

Worst customer service ever. Issues are reported to them 2 months back and still no response. Agents stop taking calls or won't reply back to emails.I am just waiting for the agreement to get over. Won't ever go back to them. Lesson Learnt

WARNING - DO NOT USENot responsive once you have moved into the property. Didn't fix multiple serious issues during the year. Billed us excessively during check out for problems they didn't fix. Everything you dont want in a letting company.

Horrible service to Landlords.Misplaced the deposit received by the tenant after I asked on more than one occasions to pay directly to the Landlord. Delays in getting back in touch and taking responsibility for their mess. DO NOT USE PUDSEY BRIDGFORDS!!

Appalling service for tenants, fixing a leaking bath can take months and it is still not fixed. Leaving notice enforced is not the one agreed in the contract. Julie (from Bridgfords) can ignore your emails.. be ready or run!

Nobody takes ownership of issues, ignore emails and all this for the privilege of paying £475 fees to simply move into a property. Awful service and I will never use Bridgefords again as either a tenant, landlord or prospective buyer/seller.

Dreadful company, hardly do anything right. If you complain, you will be dealt with courtesly, however the complaints department (substantial number of staff, seemingly) results in hoops that are impossible to jump through.Just avoid all the stress and walk by!
