FacebookAn amazing letting agent who will go above and beyond to make sure you get the right tenant.
I recently used the Country Property ‘Tenant Find’ service to let my 1 bedroom house as a first time landlord. I found Country Property extremely competitive in price and they provide a 5 star service. From the initial meeting with Heather we knew they had the landlords and tenants interests in mind. Heather spent a few hours talking to us to make sure we got the right tenant and that we complied with regulations. Heather and Yasmin diligently carried out in excess of 15 viewings over 2 weekends and even with every prospective tenant wanting to let, I never felt pressured to make my mind up there and then.
Heather and Yasmin are extremely knowledgable and are happy to help at any time of day. Country Property would be our number one choice in the future, we highly recommend their letting service.

Perhaps you could elaborate on your 1 star rating without commenting? We are committed to providing an excellent service to our clients, although following a search of our systems we don’t appear to have a “Pam Chapple”. If there is something we can put right for you we would be keen to know. Many thanks.
