GoogleI have been using the service of Chancellors for several years to let out a property that I own and have always been happy with the service. Most recently, e mail correspondence has been through Kerry Lawson (Property Manager) who has been far the most efficient and prompt staff member that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Kerry always replies quickly, covering all questions and issues in a professional and courteous manner and is a credit to Chancellors.

GoogleLara, the Sales Manager at Chancellors doesn't know a thing about customer service. Very unprofessional and the way the she speaks to people is terrible. Doesn't know the correct information about the law of lettings at all. Very rude.
