Good quality homes, lovely layout and you get a lot for your money. Sales team wasnt great and had lot of issues before completion.Unfortunately as with most new builds they tie you in to a management company which is tied in to your house despite being a freehold.

Shocking, over 100 snag items on a new home. And they are not snags, windows that don't close, doors that don't work, light fixings that fall off, a snag should be cosmetic. The total experience has been destroyed. 4 weeks into the move and still no progress to rectify.

Excellent from start to finish. Bought a new build in Red Lodge, Suffolk. Efficient, organised and extremely friendly team at the sales office. No problems with the home. A few, small snagging issues that were fixed straight away! A very happy customer. Thank you.

Crest are brilliant when they need something from or untill they hand the keys over. Got snags I told them about a year ago and still heard nothing. They fix the simple ones but after that they go away and not to be seen again

I moved to a Crest Nicholson Development two months ago (Fairfield Gardens). The house is lovely and finished to a high standard. Any snags have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Very child friendly place with a good sense of community.

DO NOT BUY A CREST NICHOLSON HOME. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Terrible aftercare. And if they offer to lay a free lawn it's because they chucked a load of builders rubble underneath and do not want you to see it. Tricksters
