We really recommend Parkers. Charlie was excellent the whole way through the process. He was knowledgeable and friendly during the viewings and was very proactive. He was great with communication and ensuring we were kept up to date along the process. As first time buyers we were really grateful for his help navigating through the process. I bought my house 6 years ago through Parkers of Chinnor and was so impressed with the service they provided that I used them recently to sell the same house and purchase my new home. Throughout the whole process Charlie, Jayson, Adam and the team have been brilliant. Charlie worked really hard to make sure everything went smoothly and kept me informed at every stage. He was extremely well organised, professional and knowledgeable about the local area and his customer service is second to none. I would have no hesitation in recommending the team at Parkers - they do a fantastic job and I am grateful to them for having made the process so stress-free.

We dealt with Charlie whilst purchasing and he was great from start to finish. Supported us throughout the process including listening to our needs/wants in the early stages of the process -managing our expectations with the seller. He checked in with other parties within the chain. Chased the relevant people when it was needed, even when this shouldn’t have sat with him. Charlie kept our chain together and ensured he saw it through to the end with a positive outcome. We couldn’t be happier with the service he gave us. Parkers Chinnor offered a mixed experience. Charlie was helpful and professional, providing clear communication and guidance throughout the process, which made things smoother. However, the overall experience fell a bit short of expectations, and there’s room for improvement in some areas. An average experience, but still worth considering.

Myself and my husband would highly recommend Parker’s Estate Agents. Adam has been fantastic from start to finish and nothing has been too much trouble. We have had some negative experiences of estate agents in the past but Adam and team have restored our faith!! Adam has worked hard on our sale and has always updated us at every moment along the way. He was approachable and friendly and the team at Parkers sold our property within a couple of weeks of it being on the market. If we ever move back to the area we will going straight back to Adam and team. Even if Adam was out doing viewings another member of the team was always there to help in any way they could. I would highly highly recommend Parkers to anybody. We were in a very lengthy and difficult chain with lots of complications, made all the more stressful by myself and my pregnant wife having to move by a certain date or we would lose our mortgage offer and wouldn't be able to afford to move. HOWEVER the one good aspect of the process was Parkers, and in particular Charlie. Charlie's communication throughout the process was above and beyond - he guided us through the process, assauged all our worries and weird questions, gave us regular updates and sometimes just nice chats! And on numerous occasions worked tirelessly on his days off in order to make the purchase happen on time. When there were issues, complications, or just silence from parties, Charlie was always on the case and was able to sort out all the issues and keep us updated. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and we felt in very safe hands with him. You'd be very lucky to have Charlie and the Parkers team in your corner.
