Nick and Lenny have a very deep understanding of the business and the area and helped set and achieve the right price for the property that we sold. Great communication about viewings. Never let down over a missed appt without notice of cancellation. Nik mainly dealt with the viewings and clearly is a skilled EA. When first buyer fell through he found another buyer in a week just as market was turning down. Saw it through to conclusion with great chasing of second buyer and what they needed to do to complete complicated chain. Thanks Nik

Worst people to deal with. Came across a property on rightmove. Got an email few days later saying call the office for viewing. Called the office thinking this is exactly what I was looking for so let have a view. Then the story started, 1st a lady answered who was on her way out passed me on to Lenny turns out to be the same guy who messaged me and a partner at the estate agents. 1st told me the viewings are delayed after messaging me 10 minutes before to arrange a viewing, then tells me the seller wants to be flexible and may take their time with the sale, then tells me they already have offers on the property so they may not be interested in new offers. Absolute waste of time just to get peoples details on their books for properties that are not even available.

Communication throughout the purchase process was challenging, with messages not being responded to in good time or at all, and clearly not being relayed between ourselves as the purchaser and the vendor, in good time or at all. Whilst the ultimate outcome was positive as we moved into our first family house, this made a big move for a young family unnecessarily challenging at times and led to a poor purchasing experience.

An atrocious experience from start to finish. The viewing experience was horrible. Your employee who showed us around rushed us and told us to leave as the other people who had come to view next had areived. The property wasnt that great either. Unprofessional and extremely sub par experience. When the complaint about the poor viewing experience was raised, they brushed it off. Would never recommend such a company.

This house move was the 19th in our 47 years of marriage, and we have seen every sort of Estate Agent, good, bad, and pretty ugly! Although Nik Keegan and Lenny White probably can't be called pretty, (only joking chaps!), they are way ahead of all the others in standards of service and outcomes. Professional, great communication, personal attention, diligent, and with a local market knowledge that you just can't train into new agents. From putting our house on the market it took just 3 days to get over 12 viewings, and only a few days more to get 6 offers, all at asking price!! Real expertise too in the qualification of the offers, which is sometimes overlooked, but which gave us a solid-gold buyer. Just 2 months from initial marketing to completion! Amazing! Highly recommended, (and no, I'm not on commission)!
