This was our first interaction with EweMove and I was very impressed with their service all the way through from the initial viewing to completion. Joe offered a friendly service and was also very knowledgeable about the property we were buying, this is something that we didn’t always find with most other agents. Joe was very accommodating and provided prompt responses to any questions we had, often out of hours which was really appreciated. Joe was a superstar. I have had very bad experiences with estate agents in the past and was dreading starting the process again this time around. Joe and Giovanni visited us on a bank holiday Monday at a time to suit us, took time to get to know our property and talked at length about our valuation and strategy for the marketing and sale of the property. Throughout the entire process, Joe made made himself available for all viewings, including evenings and weekends - very rare in my experience - and provided us with detailed feedback each time. He always followed up viewings providing us with feedback and kept on top of any interest. Joe managed our offer perfectly helping us to get best value and he was constantly in touch updating us with all progress throughout the sale. It felt like a friend who genuinely cared was looking after our sale. This has been our smoothest house sale, and I would not hesitate to recommend Joe from Ewemove.

THANK YOU CHARLOTTE! Charlotte showed us around the property which we just exchanged on, she could see how much I loved it from the get go and I could already see how down to earth Charlotte is. Charlotte kept me informed throughout this whole process and no question was ever too silly, on top of this I became a massive nag and Charlotte reassured me many times of different things and was always willing to answer any questions and speak to me. What I love best is the fact Charlotte didn’t talk in all the Jargon, nothing was too stupid to ask, and was always happy to speak and explain in a way I could easily understand! I really wish Charlotte all the best, even the most smoothest moves come with their stresses, and to have someone involved who can just calm the matter and be proactive with chasing and keeping everyone informed is a huge relief! Very disappointed with this company. My partner phoned up regarding a flat we were interested in, and the first question he asked was whether the owner would allow a couple sharing. We were told this wouldn't be a problem, so I drove for an hour and a half to come and do a viewing. The gentleman who showed us around was very nice, however he did arrive around 20/30 minutes late, leaving us stood waiting outside in the rain. After filling out the tenancy application form, we were then told that the owner would not allow a couple sharing after all. What a waste of my time.

Keagan White were excellent throughout each stage of selling my flat. Miranda gave me really clear initial advice, answered all of my questions thoroughly and created a fantastic sales brochure. The flat sold within just a few days despite other properties from the same development being on the market. Lenny was excellent at communicating each step of the process and gave excellent advice. I was also given a super recommendation for a solicitor. I can really recommend Rachel Butcher. I found her extremely informative and she was able to answer all my questions in great detail about conveyancing together with some really good advice. She had an in-depth knowledge of the local area and proposed planning. What I liked in particular was that she was totally honest about the house she was selling and willing to spend time showing us round without us feeling we had to hurry. Also some advice on how we could adapt the house to suit our own needs.

I cannot fault Lenny, Nik and the team at Keegan Whites. I am a first time buyer who was purchasing a property from them. Cannot praise them enough. Lenny, Nik, Paula, Miranda and everyone else we spoke to were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. We had a large amount of bad luck, and complications, but they supported us through all of it, and worked tirelessly to ensure that it went as well as it could. Including doing extra house inspections when we had to leave ours empty. Their local knowledge was also incredible, and helped get us through the sale.
