I been renting from leaders for 3 y. On the beginning with Charlotte as our manager was good until they change her for Tino, after the change its been a nightmare no communication no repairs done nothing. Costumer service is a 0. Today is our last day of renting thru them and thank God. We been told from few weeks that the checkout appointment is gonna be done today at 9am we call couple times and been told that Hanna is running late that she pick up the keys and is on her way. After an 1.5h we get a call that it's been a miss communication and the checkout appointment is tomorrow joke. Loosing our time for nothing. Worst experience ever. Do not recommend.

Rosie at leaders in Chichester has been amazing! me and my partner have just moved in to our first place together. Chloe was very helpful in difficult market situation where the properties available were limited to very few and landlords were able to do a casting who they can invite to their rental property. Time was of the essence as after house sale was urging to find suitable accomodation and Chloes contacted us few times with the updates, was very knowledgeable aswell as helpful from start to finish with the whole process.
