Great experience with Leaders Chichester. After recently returning from 8 years in Australia and being completely unfamilair with the UK rental process & market they were very patient with me and responded promptly to my many questions. They were awesome in guiding me from my initial enquiry through to happily settling into my new rental property today! I couldn't be happier with the level of service provided - Tom, Tess & Max were all very friendly and super helpful. Much deserved appreciation for the team!

I am currently in the process of moving into a property using Leaders as the estate agents, with Darcy being our lettings consultant, and i cannot recommend her enough. She has been absolutely wonderful! Her customer service is impeccable, any questions or queries we have had has been responded to promptly and resolved instantly. She has made this usually stressful situation completely stress free, we feel extremely valued and optimistic about our future with Leaders all thanks to Darcy. I am a leaders tenant. Recently had to report a water leak in the kitchen. I'm elderly & not very good with the fixflo reporting technology. Tino from Leaders was absolutely brilliant at guiding me through the steps. She kept me in touch at all stages of the repair process & liaised between me, the contractors and the fixflo team. We had been searching for ‘pet friendly’ property for a long time and we were struggling . As soon as we found one through leaders chichester, Tess was on it , she speeded up the process by calling the landlord quickly and made sure that we were top of the list . She was able to secure our tenancy and helped all the way through . Frequent calls from us were answered and we were kept informed every step of the way , Tess helped with the electronic form filling and used her initiative when we encountered a few obstacles. Tess was professional , warm and approachable , with a great sense of humour , which I appreciate .
