GoogleSorry but i can't be happy when at 1 day to have my house and after one intensive week of requests from the landlord and the Cubitt & West Lettings, they let the landlord pull out with out any fee for them... i was so happy and satisfy and then...everything went down... How can they do that...one day before... Sorry but i'm very disappointed ....
Dear Mr Esteves. We sympathise fully with the disappointment you experienced when unable to secure your chosen property. Our lettings team have advised that they did all they could to assist you however the Landlord decided that he did not wish to rent the property before the tenancy agreement was finalised and our staff were unable to persuade him to change his mind. We believe that you received a full explanation and understood the situation at the time however if there is anything further we can do to assist you please feel free to contact us at any time.

TrustpilotSuperb, personal service!
I found myself in a situation where I was unexpectedly needing to rent and I can say that Chris at their Bognor office definitely went above and beyond to help, a superb experience from start to finish. I can't fault how proactive (and reactive depending on direction) they've been. All in all, given the pressures etc - 2 weeks from first contact (not even about the house I'm now renting) to being in a house that I couldn't be happier with is outstanding.
