GoogleI was recommended to using Vanessa by a friend that had bought a house through her and I wasn’t disappointed. I have to commend her honesty and efficiency throughout the whole process - her communication was outstanding and we always knew where we stood which made the process much less painful than we’ve experienced before. I wouldn’t hesitate to use C&W again based on our experience with this lady.

TrustpilotTerrible service.
Very disappointed with the management service I had as a landlord letting out a flat via Cubitt and West. Genuinely had to chase them for a response to everything - was so much work. Also found one member of staff unhelpful and she refused to use my name on every email response which made it feel rude and unpersonable. Won't be using them again.

We endeavour to respond to all customer enquiries within a prompt and reasonable timeframe however we apologise if on occasion our response times fell short of your expectations. We have reviewed your file and can see that many emails start with either good morning or good afternoon. GoogleI had marketed the property with a number of agents and found Cubitt & West services to be far better, honest and realistic around pricing. Previous agents didn't seem to have many potential buyers on their books compared to this agent who were very active at calling potential buyers and creating lots of interest. They arranged an open house event which sold the property very quickly. Lovely staff and professional photos.
Hello, Thank you for leaving us your feedback! Best wishes, Cubitt & West

Our Sales Progressor, Karen Fogarty, was incredibly helpful and diligent throughout the process of selling our house. It was a genuine pleasure to meet with Aden at a recent viewing at one of your rental properties. I was not only impressed with the level of service and kind attention he gave me regarding the property, but also for his enthusiasm and passion for his career, prospects and future with your agency. He cared and that’s not always the case when viewing properties. I’m sure any agency would be thrilled to have Aden work with them. He’s going places!Thank you.Mark 😊
