Prompt communication and smooth process

This is my first time selling the property with Cubbit and west. Thank you to both the North end and Southsea branches, for providing professional advice and I felt always supported from the beginning. Julie has taken care of my case, and she updated me regularly. The entire process is smooth and hassle-free. Happy with all the service.

Happy days!

Jenny was an absolute angel in helping us find our flat, and was so understanding and helpful seeing as we were first time movers into a property like this. Very kind, and genuinely someone who’s lovely to speak to. Made it known we could contact her whenever. Highly recommend!

17 Corner House

the agents were generally very proactive and gave the impression that it was a priority to rent out our property. I think the advice we got was sound and was realistic in relation to the market. We were also kept up to date with the interest in the property and given feedback promptly.

Harry and the whole team at the Chichester branch are superb. When they say they will do something for you and get you a property it is done! London estate agents you could learn a thing or two from the team at Chichester. Well done and again thank you

A brilliant team - from start to finish - at Cubitt & West Southsea

The team were brilliant from start to finish. We have sold our property through them and also bought through them and there has been no weakness in their work at any stage. From the initial discussions about the sale, through agreeing the details of the brochure, through the process of bringing in streams of viewers to the final securing of the sale, the team were excellent. They have put up with our ideosyncracies, smiled through the problems we created by not quite sticking to the agreed building work programme, reassured us and the rest of the chain about the delays and finally helped us secure both our sale and our purchase. We cannot praise them highly enough and want to thank them for making it all happen.Jerry, Annie and John Owens

We have recently sold our property and moved to a new home. Two of the Cubitt and West team have been extremely helpful , Zoey McGovern was great when showing prospective buyers our house during the lockdown. Julie Bramble deserves a special mention as she has been absolutely brilliant in helping us to co-ordinate the move and keeping all parties in the chain informed and pushing to ensure everything came together.

Good communication for estate agents.

Friendly, great communication and a near hassle free purchase. Samara in the Northend branch comes highly recommended, kept us up to date the whole way through the process, and going above and beyond on completion day. We’re be in contact in the not so distant future for the sale of my in-laws property
