Sales progression

Following on from a very fast sales agreement on our property, which we’ve already reviewed, we moved onto the contract stage. Even though our buyer’s mortgage has already been agreed in principle, the final agreement proved very difficult to secure, mostly due to really tricky market conditions. The whole process took longer than we had hoped, but Julie Bramble, our designated sales progressor, did an absolutely top job on keeping the whole process moving and on smoothing out the inevitable wrinkles. To be honest, this sale could quite easily have fallen through without Julie’s input. We’ve completed today and we couldn’t be happier with the service received from C&W.

Vanessa's service is undeniably 5*. My partner and I were nearly at our wits end with estate agents that were clueless about the properties we were viewing, our questions were always answered with 'I'm not sure, but you could call our office and ask', until Vanessa's viewings! She had all the properties details written out for us before we even got the chance to ask, which was incredibly helpful. She was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, on time and always communicative. Her helpfulness continued throughout our very painful 6 month buying process, always chasing for answers that we needed, contacted us with updates and generally being the most helpful person in the entirety of our purchase. She is super!! Vanessa, Harry, and everyone in this branch that we dealt with were incredibly helpful, our phone calls were always answered or returned quickly, any information we asked for, they provided and any questions we had, they did their best to answer as quickly and as accurately as possible. They are a great, friendly team and we would recommend them to anyone, especially to any other first-time buyers!
