TrustpilotRenting out a flat
We used Cubitt & West to rent out our flat in Littlehampton, can honestly say we've had absolutely no issues with the whole process moving ahead very quickly, from finding a tenant to getting the tenancy agreement set up, it's been an incredibly smooth process. The majority of the correspondence and information was passed through Marcus Farrow who was able to answer all and any queries and we are very grateful for his quick replies to emails and how stress free the whole process was

GoogleI’m absolutely blown away with the service received from Cubitt & West Chichester. Managing both the sale of our property and purchase of a new one, the team put in every effort to work through some fairly sizeable challenges to smooth out the process, carefully managing the relationship between all parties. From first visit to completion, we were well looked after and continually updated, nothing was too much trouble. Even the kids were included - being updated with photos wildlife from the new garden! The whole team have been incredible. Special thanks to Richard and Vanessa for being absolute superstars.

I cannot praise Maddison & Claire at Cubitt & West highly enough. Despite the fact that our circumstances did not allow us to proceed beyond getting our house valued, Maddison and Claire were super helpful and professional. We had a burst water main and although we ended up without water for a week and risk of it being turned off again after a weekend of it being on and still leaking, Sadie at the management hub was and has continued to be really amazing. She was sympathetic, empathetic and everything she set out to do, in order to resolve the problem she did. She chased landlords, contractors and even provided me with information on who else to contact to get the matter resolved.5 star rating from me. She checks in and makes sure it's all still ok even months after the incident.
Thank you for leaving a review! It's great to hear how positive your experience with our agent, Sadie, has been and how she's supported you in getting the leak in your home resolved and continued to check in to ensure everything is ok after the incident.Best wishes,Cubitt & West.

TrustpilotMediocre
Despite a very convincing hard sale, with promise of above market service, it was all very mediocre. There was poor copper action with our requests in the marketing material. The open day was managed by very junior, inexperienced staff. A worse if all the verbally agreed price with the branch manager was not the final demand. The advert 'no added extras' was not applied as they added a marketing charge to the agreed price. This company is not worth the extra cost. Mediocre at best. Avoid .
