We do not recommend houses from Glessson, they are delivered in an unfinished state, built quickly, not correctly! Lots of basic bugs, all beautifully before picking up the keys. After that, no contact, they promise it ends there, the two-year warranty is just a lie! A lot to write but why - watch out for them!!!!!

Grate customer service from kit today at Gleeson homes called me to give a emergency telephone number while lock down .This is my 2nd glesson home from Ashley and David sales to kit in head office and jack on site ( who sadly left) all my snags got done by jack very quickly had problem with shower Mb heating was out all problems delt with ...today was a nice touch of kit ..Thank you kit

Stay clear of gleeson homes, full of cowboys, probably picked the “builders” up from the job centre and told them to do their best, weeks old houses are damp and mouldy the company are damaging pre existing houses purely to make a profit and refuse to fix thousands of pounds worth of damage they have caused, avoid at all costs.

Worst house builders in the country by far!!! Absolute cowboysCan't believe they have the cheek to sign houses off the brickworks appalling even after repairs it's still terrible, snags are all apparently repaired but to an absolute appalling standard mould everywhere gardens are awfull nothing but kids building these houses PLEASE AVOID THEM DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!

We Completed End of June 2019, Carlisle Park have been so lovely, of course we had a couple of small snagging issues once moved in but they have immediately come out to fix them.We put the issue on Gleeson internet in the evening and by 9.30 the next morning they are arranging to come and sort it immediately. We would recommend any one to buy a home from Gleeson’s first class service all the way.

What a company…so we where waiting since summer for 6months for our plot to be available to reserve, and the day they were released it’s been sold out??? I don’t want to tell names of those unprofessional lady’s in the office but we very disappointed. Looks like you need to give extra cash to they pocket to be able to be the first to buy…

Six weeks after the Prime Minster urged construction workers to resume and still no sign of activity on my house. According to the area sales manager “some trades people will return next week (29/07) House completion estimate pushed from June to November as earliest possible date. How can builders outdoors not return until the same week pubs and restaurants can open? Expect continual disappointment over dates if you buy with them

Well where do I start Gleeson home build poor quality houses, once home owners move in they don’t give a damn about you! I have been having on going issues with my property since day 1 and I am still waiting for it to be rectified.

Horrendous experience buying our first home. As soon as you pay the deposit to reserve a plot they stop caring. The house is poorly made, an independent snagger found 159 faults on day one. Gleeson often take 4 +months to “repair” the problems, don’t give you products you paid for and are generally useless
