Brilliant Experience with Gleeson

Where do I start, from start to finish everything was seamless! Suzanne our sales manager was brilliant! She was very patience and accommodating from the start. She was always a phone call away and willing to answer any queries we had. We met Steve our site manager later on in the process but what a lovely guy he was, very friendly and helpful. Both him and Suzanne made our experience a great one.Best customer service and we would always recommend Gleeson to anyone. Thanks so much Gleeson for making out journey of getting a house awesome.

We have had a great experience so far. Dina Al-Asadi has been a tremendous help in assisting us with making an appointment to reserve our first home. Both myself and my partner were updated almost daily by Dina as to when our plot would be released and she was so helpful and informative. We especially appreciate her patience as we would be in touch almost every day with new queries. So far, great experience. Fingers crossed a smooth road to home ownership from here!

She is a professional, helpful and caring person. She helped us select extras and kept in constant contact with me to keep me updated every step of the way, making the entire process easy.Haydn Bishop is the Site Manager at Gleeson Homes in Safari. He is a professional, work to heart, responsible and helpful person. Such as he explained the systems and equipments of the house to us in details and clearly when meeting with him and key release meeting.They are trustworthy. We are many thanks them. Gleeson Homes have been fantastic with customer service from start to finish with helping me buy a new home. Suzanne McGovern who is the senior sales executive at Gleeson homes in Whitworth, Rochdale has been amazing. She has helped me out throughout the process and kept in constant contact with me, kept me up to date every step of the way. I can’t thank her enough. She has helped me select my extras and has made the whole process easy and less stressful. She is also very cheerful and always smiling and it just makes you feel at ease and in a good mood even when things are stressful. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another Gleeson home and if I was searching for one I’d certainly do my best to locate the site that Suzanne was on.

Terrible Company

Due to reading the recent reviews, I would not recommend Gleesons customer care team as they do not resolve your problems. I was never contacted about my heating issues and now they are claiming that they had no report from me at plot 56. I would advise people not to buy these properties around the Burnley area. They always cover up for there mistakes

Gleeson ReviewMy experience with Gleeson has been amazing from start to finish. Amaara from Crown Gardens has been very helpful, polite, friendly, consistent and knowledgeable. I have not had any issues from Gleeson at all.I am a first time buyer with no knowledge of anything to do with buying a property and Amaara has helped me throughout the whole process. Even after moving into the property she is always there to help and support me when needed and it is very much appreciated. Gleeson not only provide beautiful homes but also a fantastic customer service. They are not pressuring by any way and will always make you feel welcome and happy to be in their presence. I am very satisfied with the property and the finishes by the team and I would encourage others to buy a Gleeson home. The efficiency of the property and the build quality is extraordinary. We have had the keys to our Longford, plot 76, for a month, and in that time, Stuart, the site manager at Vickers Grange has been amazing. He has given advise to us, been round immediately to answer any questions and even recommended trades people. Cannot recommend Gleeson enough, the build quality is exceptionally and so is the site team.

IF YOU WANT A PEACE OF MIND THEN AVOID GLESSON.Moved into my property in December 2021and the bricks to my garage its in a complete MESS, I spoke to the Site Manager and he said this happens because it was built while it was raining ( that's none of my business) it just need sorting out and he promised to get it sorted. I showed the garage to the customer service team Manager and she agreed with me it need sorting out and advise I raise it on myglesson which I did but to my surprise it was decline with a comment not a defect as advised by same site manager who promised to get it sorted for me in the first place.I had no Internet for few months as Glesson haven't done the right thing with the council and Glesson advised to get a dongle and they will cover my monthly cost if I send them the invoice . Sent the invoice to the customer service team for months and still haven't got the money back, sent an email to Customer service manager and still nothing have been done.Raised an issue with socket not working in my kitchen only for a gentle man to turn up few days later and couldn't fix it but told me his not an Electrician and his just been ask to come check it. Still waiting for someone to fix it till date. Glesson is a complete waste of time !!!! SAY NO TO GLESSON
