Full of empty promises gleeson homes. So many problems with our new build, gleeson builders and the customer service team tell you they will put things right then just ignore you.

Please think carefully I wish I had . Once they sell you the house they are like gangsters .the only way to contact them is email and they never reply . Please please do not buy from them if I can stop one person il be happy . They are great upto the point you have bought - absolute gangsters and so abrupt to the point of threatening

Absolutely horrific disgusting after sales care. Once you have legally completed they do not care about any issues that they promised to fix. Our entire street is in the same boat. Several issues logged on my gleeson but they never commit to sorting any of the issues. Customer service continuously fobbing us off and contradicting themselves. Its disgusting. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! AVOID

No building regulations certificate issued 8 months after completion. Gleeson denying wrong doing all though breached their own contract!!! Ceilings collapsing. Roof tiles not secured. Mould in loft & on windows. All flooring uneven. Do not buy a house from these cowboys! The reviews don’t lie…. Unlike Gleeson.

GoogleNice little estate but parking and access could have been better! Gleeson are now renting properties despite it being against the agreed covenant, rents are high too! Not worth almost £1200pm rent!

Gardens still not completed on Northbeck, they just lie and say next week but never turn up, stay away from them, even though I have rang them so many times but they just ignore you, they so busy with the show homes that they forget about the work that already needs doing

We purchased a property in Lancashire and had nothing but problems. In the end we got new build surveys in to conduct a full survey they highlighted issues I and around the problems. Insulation missing, problems with the roof layout (Span) and loads more. I thought these houses was checked with the NHBC. We did get the NHBC involved and they fixed all the problems.

I totally agree with what has been said here about the 'cowboys'. I have been dealing with them for the past 7 months.For some strange reason Gleeson think they are in 'business'. This is called 'scamming', not business. This is what you are, Gleeson, a bunch of scammers!

TrustpilotSteer clear of Gleeson and their pretend freehold properties
Bought a Gleeson home and a neighbour on the same estate sought and was granted permission for a garage conversion. We requested the same permission for the exact same conversion in the exact same house on the same estate and have been declined. Told it’s due to restrictive covenants. Treat customers unfairly and poorly - not consistent with enforcing the covenants

House looks like a rush job by unsupervised apprentices which somehow was 4 months late. Gleeson are by far an absolute disgrace of a home builder. I am having to finish building it myself because of the amount of flaws with this place. They haven't even installed the fibre box yet and I am 3 months after completion. Avoid at all costs!

My friend has bought a brand new home the plastering is dreadful scuff Mark's everywhere,trowel lines,rough patches it looks like a child has done it,Gleeson are ignoring their calls, why is no one arsed, why are they allowed to keep doing this to people, they should be held accountable. I wouldn't purchase a home from this company, people need to boycott them

Tip . If you have had a terrible experience from them push and push for compensation. They will tell you they don't do compensation and it's in their terms and conditions . I emailed the local newspapers to -I sent this to gleeson and they offered me 3500 to keep quiet - SO THERE YOU GO -keep pushing and pushing

A TOTAL DISGRACE TO THE BUILDING TRADE, WAS PROMISED A BACK GATE BY THE SALES REP AND DIDNT GET IT. DOORS WAS FITTED UPSIDE DOWN, THE KITCHEN WAS A DISGRACE VERY POOR QUALITY AND THE CUSTOMER CARE DOES NOT EXISIT. THE OPERATION DIRECTOR LEE WANTS SACKING OR A LESSON IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Not many problems with the home its self it's the state of how they have left the housing estate in Upton on Woodland walk.Why would any housing developers put wood under pepples on a driveway???.They sell houses and then the couldn't care less.Come on Gleesons finish the development off and do the job that you promised.Its a disgrace!!!
